We accept photo identification cards bearing the PASS hologram, a photographic driving licence and a passport. ID will be checked to confirm your age – for entry and for drinking purposes.
No food and drink will be permitted on the festival site. Food and drinks are available to purchase from one of the many fantastic vendors at the event! Some outlets will accept card but not all – so please bring cash too. Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten Free products will be available on-site.
Water points are available around the site for FREE drinking water. You may bring an EMPTY bottle to fill onto the festival site. Please ensure this is an empty bottle.
We will enforce a Challenge 25 policy at the bar and therefore ensuring the sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited to under 18s, so please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age! We allow weekend campers to bring a reasonable amount of alcohol into the campsite (enough for one person to consume). Campers will NOT be allowed to take this alcohol into the festival site.
The bar prices are festival appropriate and the majority of bars are cashless – Some will accept cash but the majority will only be accepting card payments.
We have a ZERO tolerance policy on drug consumption. We work with the local authorities to prevent illegal substances getting onto the festival site. Any festival-goer caught with any illegal substances will NOT be allowed into the festival and may be passed to the authorities.
Unfortunately, due to capacity restrictions, camping chairs and inflatable chairs are not permitted into the main festival site. However, camping chairs are permitted into the camping site upon check in.
There will be seating available throughout the festival grounds, if you require disabled access please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Phone cameras and small digital cameras are allowed. No DSLR or large recording equipment will be allowed on site without a press pass.
